Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Amber Benson is a writer, director, producer, and actress. She is best known for her role as Tara Maclay on the TV series BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, but has also directed, produced and starred in her own films CHANCE (2002) and LOVERS, LIARS & LUNATICS (2006). She also co-directed the film DRONES with fellow Buffy cast member Adam Busch.

She cocreated, cowrote, and directed the animated supernatural Web series GHOSTS OF ALBION with Christopher Golden which they followed with a series of novels, including "Witchery" and "Accursed", and the novella "Astray". Benson and Golden also coauthored the novella "The Seven Whistlers".

Amber is also the author of the Calliope Reaper-Jones novels, including "The Golden Age of Death", "How to be Death", and "Serpent's Storm".

Her latest book, The Witches of Echo Park (Book 1), was released on January 6, 2015.
