Chef and Culinary Instructor
Chef Angus Campbell was born and raised on the Isle of Lewis, Scotland. With over 29 years of culinary experience, he has worked in many of the hotels throughout Scotland from Commis Chef to Executive chef. Currently, at the Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan, he is educating students in the Culinary Arts program as Chef-Instructor in the Heritage Restaurant for lunch service.
Angus has also been a co-leader on several International Culinary Study-Tours, Team Coach for food competitions, and popular presenter of many Institute for Culinary Enthusiasts workshops.
The broadcast series Cooking With Angus Campbell began as a collaboration between Angus Campbell and Grand Rapids Community College. The show is televised weekly on the Grand Rapids Community College Cable Channel 28. Now available for purchase, this valuable series highlights Angus's master talents as he prepares specific dishes that are comparable to those served in the finest restaurants.
