Drew Roy is an up and coming actor born in Clanton, Alabama on May 17, 1986.
In 2009, he played Griffin, Carly's first on-screen boyfriend in the iCarly episode "iDate a Bad Boy". That same year, he was Jesse in 2 episodes of Hannah Montana: "He Could Be the One Parts 1 & 2".
His other credits include television shows Greek and Lincoln Heights and the movie Costa Rican Summer.
Coming in 2010, two new movies with Drew Roy: One Wish and Secretariat with Diane Lane as Penny Chenery, owner of the racehorse Secretariat, who won the Triple Crown in 1973.
Drew is also a regular cast member of TNT's still-untitled alien invasion series from Steven Spielberg. Here’s how TNT explains the show: "The series opens shortly after aliens have wiped out most of the human population. The aliens are now rounding up the few people left, but they are met with strong resistance from a group of soldiers and civilians who fight for their survival – all while struggling to maintain their humanity.
Noah Wyle plays Tom Mason, a former college history professor who becomes the reluctant leader of one of the resistance groups. Also starring in the series are Moon Bloodgood (Terminator Salvation) as Anne Glass, a therapist who works with the surviving children to help them cope with the traumatic situation; Drew Roy (Lincoln Heights) as Hal and Maxim Knight (Brothers & Sisters) as Matt, Tom’s two sons; Jessy Schram (Crash) as Karen, who is one of the survivors’ motorcycle scouts; and Seychelle Gabriel (Weeds) as Lourdes, an orphaned teenager who helps run the group’s commissary.
