While being raised by a pack of wild Bulldogs in back alleys of Flint, Michigan, Mert Neitzke first learned the humorous craft of cartooning. As Mert puts it, "You see, English Bullies have a great sense of humor, but they hate rain, so we'd spend a lot of time hiding from the rain and drawing cartoons of each other."

Now calling soggy Grand Rapids in West Michigan his home, Mert spends his days drawing cartoons and of course, he still lives with a Bulldog!
