Louanne Stephens, a native Texan, has been active in radio, television, film, and theater for over twenty five years. She has extensive film credits including the role of Anthony Hopkins' wife in INSTINCT. On stage, Louanne has twice been selected as outstanding actress in a major role by the Dallas theater critics.

In the TV series FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (2006-2011), she played Lorraine Saracen, Matt Saracen's (Panthers #7) aging grandmother who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's.

She is currently playing Ruby, dispatcher and manager of the sheriff's office in A&E's crime drama LONGMIRE.
