Louis Pell is a self-taught artist who spent 26 years in the US Air Force. He primarily works with pen and ink and has designed everything from t-shirts to tattoos. He is currently in his fourth year as the co-president of the Bellevue (Nebraska) Artists Association and says his 'claim to fame' is an appearance on WHEEL OF FORTUNE in December 2011.
