Sean M. Sullivan is an actor, carpenter, and stagehand in theatre and television. He hails from Ohio, where he earned a BA in theatre from Ohio State University, and has been based in Chicago since 2002.
Sean's Chicago theater credits include Terra Nova, The Skin of Our Teeth and The Ruling Class with the Backstage Theatre Company; The General from America, Fiorello! and The Children's Hour with Timeline Theatre, The Island of Dr. Moreau with LifeLine Theatre, Requiem for a Heavyweight at Shattered Globe (Joseph Jefferson Award nomination for Outstanding Actor) and as Johnny Cash in the Chicago cast of Million Dollar Quartet.
Sean's television credits include appearances on BOSS, THE BEAST, and CHICAGO FIRE. He will play the dangerous and menacing "Creepy Guard" on NBC's series CRISIS, a conspiracy thriller starring Gillian Anderson, Dermot Mulroney, Rachael Taylor, Lance Gross, and REVENGE alum Max Martini as the villain.
As a freelance carpenter and stagehand in theatre and television, he has worked for The Mayor’s Office of Special Events, Ravenswood Studios, Chicago Scenic Studios, Harpo Studios, and Chicago Studio City (Betrayal, ABC). He is also an ensemble member of the BackStage Theatre Company, serving as an Actor, Master Carpenter, Scenic Designer, and Technical Supervisor.
He can be found playing his guitar and singing throughout the Chicagoland area as a founding member of the Blue-Irish-Folk-Grass band, One of the Girls.
