Jerry Azumah is a former American football cornerback who played seven seasons for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL).
Jerry attended the University of New Hampshire and won the Walter Payton Award for his achievements. In his first year as a Bear, he was awarded the prestigious Brian Picolo award by his teammates created to honor a teammate's courage, loyalty, teamwork and dedication. He was a named both Pro Bowl and All Pro in 2003. Jerry is currently a businessman and philanthropist.
He founded The Azumah Student Assistance Program (ASAP), a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to providing financial scholarship assistance for underserved students seeking private secondary education in the Chicagoland area in addition to supporting targeted educational youth programs.
