Steven Weber made his New York stage debut opposite Geraldine Page in Odets' PARADISE LOST and soon made it to Broadway in Tom Stoppards THE REAL THING.
After a stint on AS THE WORLD TURNS, Weber went on to appear in several feature films, including THE FLAMINGO KID, HAMBURGER HILL, SINGLE WHITE FEMALE, THE TEMP, JEFFREY, and DRACULA: DEAD AND LOVING IT.
On television, Weber played the young John F. Kennedy in the mini-series THE KENNEDY'S OF MASSACHUSETTS and also portrayed Jack Torrance in ABC's remake of THE SHINING.
Weber first gained national attention in the NBC sitcom WINGS (1990-1997) and did so again, 10 years later, in Aaron Sorkin's STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP, for which he received wide critical acclaim. He also starred in the Hallmark Channel original movie DUKE.
Returning to the stage, Weber played Leo Bloom in the hit Broadway production THE PRODUCERS, starred in NATIONAL ANTHEMS at London's Old Vic and, most recently, starred in THE PHILANTHROPIST opposite Matthew Broderick. Last summer, Weber made his first appearance at the Hollywood Bowl in the acclaimed live theatrical production of MAMMA MIA.
Weber's other television work includes starring roles in TNT's MURDER IN THE FIRST, ABC Family’s CHASING LIFE, The CW’s iZOMBIE and a guest-starring role on the HBO hit CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. He also did major arcs on Syfy's drama CHANNEL ZERO and CBS' comedy MOM.
He is returning to the comedy genre with a lead role opposite Adam Pally, Abby Elliott and Fran Drescher in NBC's UNINSURED which revolves around young parents Dave (Pally) and Rebecca (Elliott), who end up having to take care of Dave’s parents, Elliot (Weber) and Linda (Drescher) who have mishandled their finances and need help to pay down a sizable debt.
Additionally, Weber is set to continue to recur on three series: HBO’s BALLERS, Epix’s GET SHORTY, and Netflix’s 13 REASONS WHY (Principal Gary Bolan).
